Polystyrene Frozen Veggies

On the 1st of March 2017 we purchased several items from PNP Waverley, Pretoria among those items were two packets of 250g PNP homebrand frozen mixed vegetables. Opening the packets I found polystyrene in them and phoned the toll free number to report the issue ********** the operator kept me on the line for almost ten minutes wherein I was told that the matter would be escalated to management who would attend to the matter. I received the following reference number: ********** 5009. Since then I've been bombarded with emails from PNP to activate a smart shopper account and my querry has still not been resolved. My money was good enough at the till to pay for the product but it would seem one shouldn't dare complain about the after service as there is NONE!
