Points ****** without Id , Pin or Confirmation
Points were ****** from my card in Pietermaritzburg and call centre stopped my card and issued new card without my Id,Pin or Confirmation Questions!!! Still waiting after few messages for video clip of that day and time when it happened and request my points value of R995 back!!!!
