I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 23rd of January 2018 where my points had disappeared without prior notification or warning. Pick 'n Pay gave all my points back and I was able to purchase an item with it. Thank you so much Pick 'n Pay for returning my points so speedily. I really appreciate it.
