Points - Rand ****** without ID of Card

My points value in R995,53 were ****** and bought groceries without my concern, ID, Pin or confirmation questions on 27th February 2016. I'm in Krugersdorp and my points were used and ****** in Pietermaritzburg. My card was blocked and issued new one without my ID, Pin or confirmation questions. I still got slip of 25th Feb 2016 when I bought stuff here in Krugersdorp and points were still more than R1200. I only saw that my card was blocked when I wanted to print a voucher for the Living Book that is free for Shoppers Card users. The lady that tried to help me to swipe my card - phoned careline and they said my card was stopped and given up as lost and they issued a new card the 27th Feb 2016 and I must use the new card. I said I do not know of any of this and I do not have new card and they had to issue me new card and asked me questions to confirm my details and ID no before they issued one and then I asked a few times how did they issued a new card in Pietermartizburg without my Id no or the questions that they just asked me and they couldn't answer that. I checked my points on the new card that they gave and my points were only about R250 - then I knew something was wrong.
