Points dissappeared
My points have been dissappearing. Every 2nd shopping it dissappears and I am left with 49 points or less. According to Pick n pay I spend it. But I have emailed them numerous times with my shopping slips to prove I don't use it. I have lost over R100 so far. It does not seem much but for me it is.
