Points Disappear

I exchanged my points on my card to (just over R200), I received my receipt confirming this with my balance. Went shopping and wanted to pay with the amount. Apparently in the 10 mins between moving the points and paying the money disappeared. Pick n Pay's response is oh well come back tomorrow. Nothing we can do. Well guess there is no point in shopping by Pick n Pay any more as the so called points you earn is actually not available and the customer service is non existent.
