Points?

<p>I am writing this on behalf of my mother. for the last three weeks she has been trying to use her points before they expire. Guess what? After going to four Pick n Pays, over the last three weeks, the machines for the points have not bern working. Today, my mother really needed those points but could not use them so the points are going to expire now. We have spoken to the various managers with no help at all. Very disappointing service. </p>
