#PNPMustFallPlease shop at pick n pay hyper Woodmead if you want to end up in hospital

I'm sitting in the hospital with a 4 year old child, because of the ***********, no care attitude of pick n pay Woodmead.

My child got a chemical burn because of an open Drain cleaner on their shelf, they told me to to wait for an ambulance or a Dr they calling, after about an hour we were told by a lady that it's not their fault and we need to take him to a Dr. My child has severe burns around his eyes, and we are currently doing scans to see if there is any damage to the eye. All because of this no care attitude.

They will be hearing from my lawyer, this is so irresponsible and crazy to think they cleaned up the mess, but left the product on the shelf when I was walking out, what if there was a flaw in this product?

This is the worst pick n pay you can go to, these people DO NOT care about customers, they are simply in it for the money! Pathetic behavior to say the least!

Keegan the manager, was calm and apologetic because he knew this was their failure, as well as the pharmacist on duty, however the rest of the staff said its out fault and this "store incident" was a minor issue.

The child has severe burns on his face, due to another company not caring and just looking for ways to make money. I Will NEVER walk into another pnp again, please can PNP let me know who can receive my lawyers letter, who can compensate me for the medical bills are incurred and who can cancel my pnp credit card.
