PnP/Flightsite false advertising

I booked an international flight on FlightSite and opted to pay for the flight at PnP Uitenhage. 1. My first issue is that when we got to the store, the booking reference number has expired. I was suppose to make payment before 4h20 am and when I phoned the help desk was advised that I could have made payment at a PnP Express store that is open 24 hours. We don't have an PnP Express store in Uitenhage, so how are you accommodating clients that have to make payments before store opening times with no access to an Express store?? Or why could the helpdesk not merely have re-activated my booking if they saw that the flights were still available? So we went home, re-booked the flight and went back to the store. Why did I not make use of your online payment facility you may ask... this bring me to nr 2. The FlightSite website stated that smart shopper points will be earned when paying at the store. However the assistant at the PnP kiosk advised us that smart shopper points cannot be earned on flights and that even if she swipes our card it will not generate points. When we argued that this is what is stated on the website, we were politely advised that other customers mentioned the same thing, but unfortunately it does not work. PnP, this is false advertising...what should have been an exciting start to a long dreamt of trip, left me feeling unsettled and disillusioned.
