PNPASAP not as ASAP after all

I've been using pnp ASAP for quite sometime now but ever since they upgraded their App, their service is a mess and I will not recommend it to anyone! 1. Orders are missing 2. Orders are delayed 3. Orders are canceled and you only get refunded within 3 to 5 business day.

This is very much inconveniencing because imagine having to go without groceries for 3 to 5 business days. They used to load the refund onto their app, making it easier for customers to reuse or reorder. Now they send money back to your account. If you want to find yourself frustrated and miserable, please continue using PnpAsap, which is not ASAP as they claim it to be. My Orders were delayed for about 2hours then canceled. I ordered from pnp Phillip Neil, Pretoria.
