Pnp worst customer service

I bought a Defy twin tub washing machine from PnP Maponya mall in 2022. The receipt I was given stipulated that it has 2 years repairs warranty. The machine stopped working in march 2023 and I went to get it repaired with pnp and it was fixed. The machine stopped working again February 2024. I went to Pnp to report it again and they told me that my warranty is only 1 year. I produced my receipt showing 2 years repairs warranty and they said they would assist me. I have been going back and forth with them and going to the store for the past 10weeks to get it repaired. After 2 months of back and forth, 4 weeks ago they finally agreed to pay for repairs and collected the machine from my home. They told me to give them 21 days to have it repaired which I did and now when I go there, they now refusing to pay for repairs stating that I was the one that broke the machine. I went instore and the technician that is responsible for fixing my machine was called and he confirmed that I did not break the machine, therefore Pnp should pay for repairs because he did not find any neglect from my part. Now they refuse to get my machine fixed and they want to deliver it back to me still broken while the machine is still under warranty and they had already agreed to pay for the repairs. I need my machine fixed asap or they should refund me. I’ve been very very patient with them. Pnp policy states repairs or refunds should be processed within 14days, it has been 10 weeks. Which is far too long

I went to the store again earlier today. The manager at Pnp Maponya mall Mokgethi said he is refusing to pay for repairs and he did not provide written to proof explaining why not, this is happening after he said pnp will pay for the repairs 4 weeks ago. My machine is still under 2 year warranty and I have the receipt to prove this. This is really unfair business practice and it’s ********* too of Pnp. Mokgethi refuses to follow proper protocol and guidelines as set by Pnp as a representative of the company. He’s really painting a bad image of Pnp.
