PnP WONDERPAK IS A ****A SHOP!!!! THERE IS NO DISCLAIMER ON THEIR TILLSLIP LIKE ANY OTHER SHOPS. YOU NEED TO ASSUME THAT THEY 'ARE 'GOVERNED BY THE COSUMER ACT' AS STATED BY THEIR COMPLAINTS AGENT. NO RETUN POLICY ON THEIR TILL SLIP AND NO SALES PEOPLE TO TELL YOU BOUT THEIR POLICY AND THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND. I USED TO BUY FROM THIS SHOP, THEY HAVE LOST ME A CUSTOMER. I AM KICKING MYSELF AS WHY I DIDNT SPEND MY MONEY AT GAME OR BUILDERS WHERE THERE IS TRENSPARENCY ABOUT THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRODUCTS

05 Mar 2024, 11:16Thank you for your email, even though acknowledged 2 days later and not informing when exactly will the manager contact me. I am still waiting for the manager to contact me since last week when the customer agent from the store called me and the query still not resolved.
