PnP-Waterfall Confused By Disapearing Products

For the past 2 months, beef samoosa's have been unavailable, despite complaints to the staff & manager [ who tells my wife that they don't sell, they are losing money on them and are now discontinued ]. The lady serving, tells us that everyone is asking for the beef samoosa's and she relays these complaint back to the management but the issue isn't addressed. The Spars & Checkers don't seem to have a problem supplying these on a regular basis!<br> The manager promised he would order more \spinach & fetta pizza's"... nothing comes! one of the staff tells us they can't order but must take what they're given! Other popular products seem to be disappearing off the shelves and the stock answer is \""they are not selling"
