PnP - watch them at the tills

Don't trust these stores where they charge you at the tills. The price you see on the shelf is sometimes different to the price charged. When you query this they more often than not blame some else. Some of the specials - if read and understood correctly is very misleading and ambiguous - even the staff in this company cannot interpret some of the specials. I have been communicating by email and well as logging online complaints, sometimes without a response OR they are still investigating. This is not the PnP when Mr Raymond Ackerman was at the helm. This has become a profit oriented business, different from being a family store. Raymond always had high regard for his staff and customers. Back in the days when his staff went on a strike it actually hurt him emotionally. Businesses should become more people-centered and less profit-centered - loyalty will bring profits.
