******* PnP Voucher

Please dnt ever let anyone give you a PnP Voucher, I received a PnP Voucher from Standard of R250 rand, I call the customer care asking them that will it be possible to transfer or upload the R250 at a store into a gift card the consultant that I spoke with she said she didn't know like seriously she didn't know if it was possible or not, I was very disappointed because I trusted her to know since I called customer care only to speak to someone who doesn't know anything she didn't even try to ask her Team Leader or anyone for that matter, I then went to Eyethu Mall pnp to use the Voucher since I don't work at PnP I don't know anything about their Vouchers I used R20 of that R250 thinking that I will use it some other time, the Cashier that was assisting me didn't tell me or rather ask me how much was in that voucher instead she proceeded with the transaction. I went there again to use the remaining R230 only to be told that you can only use it Once nobody told me that and also that was not mentioned in the Sms that I receive with the Voucher no I don't understand why was I not adviced about the terms and conditions of the Voucher, I am so Disappointed and Disgusted PnP is a ****, how can you not disclose such information you Should be ashamed of ****ming poor people, U ARE THE WORST *******, Trash store.
