PnP Victoria rd has no culture.

<p>I'm a busker. I sing and play my guitar at Shopping Centres around SA. Its so sad to see how malls and shopping centres around SA won't allow any kind of cultural art like busking, especially after an act like myself goes down so well with customers. Despite my excellent response from customers the management had blocked me from performing here. This happened after I arrived one night 2 minutes before close and a manager refused to let me collect me belongings from the parcel counter. </p>
