PnP Vereeniging absolutely SUCKS!!!!

So I wrote a complaint to PnP about a week or so ago, complaining about some chicken that my mom had bought from them that tasted like it had been there for over a month. Their response consisted of them asking for things that included my address and ID number...!!!! What on earth does that have to do with anything?? What you're supposed to be correcting is the below par puke-worthy product you sold to us. Again, the PnP in Vereeniging is even worse than a freaking ****A SHOP ya bo 'my friend'.
