PnP V&A Waterfront pathetic service...

Pathetic service at PnP V&A Waterfront. Why would you offer a service that you can't or won't offer to a customer. I purchase goods and ask for cash back, cashier say she don't have and I ask her to ask her colleagues, they both say they don't have. I eventually say after the supervisor also come around and say no one have cash, just give me a R100. Cashier opens till and low and behold she have the amount I requested after letting me waste 20min at her till and mind you this is my lunch time and I still need to head back to work. @ PnP I'm honestly not interested in your poor excuses... #stop treating your daily customers like trash...
