PNP V&A rude store manager

I went to PNP V&A yesterday and after paying for my goods the alarm at the door went off. I was highly embarrassed as security had to search and check if i have stollen anything. I was frustrated and in that frustrated tone i aske for the manager and the manager was standing and watching me and i asked him what kind of a manager are you that will see a frustrated client and not step closer to resolve the issue. He raised his voice at me and screamed that no one will speak to him in that tone. He does not fir the title of management if he cannot resolve conflict or have no emotional intellect to control his temper. The cashier said to me that Thula knows that all the scanners does not work in the store but he does nothing to have the issue resolved, again he doesn't display management characteristics. I would like this to be resolve before i take it a step further.
