PNP TV ****

I am totally appalled by PnP online shopping, recently i bought a 75inch TV, the money was taken immediately and reserved for the TV. the price was 1799.00 and there were a few people i know bought. after a week PNP sent an email to say cancelled due to some error on their side. As a huge shopping Giant they should honour their add and give us the TV. i am shocked that they only found out after it went live they had an error, surely this would have been picked up by Change Control. why should we have to suffer because of their mistakes. I would rather buy from Game in future as they honor, they sales purchases. i will close my account and never shop at PNP again. Useless retailer who cannot support their people and live by their mistakes. I am sure this was a **** to lure people to buy on the public holiday from PnP online.
