Pnp treatment is *******

I am Bernard Mokopi I went to pick n Pay harbour bay in Simon's Town cape Town on 20th of April 2025. Upon entering their store I slipped and fell nearly breaking my legs. There was no wet floor sign. I then asked for the manager. It was very traumatic to see a man over 40 years old falling because they failed to put up a sign. I went to see a doctor that works at my department, Department of defense, which means I used my medical at my workplace. The owner of the store filled in an incident report. The owner is Dirk I don't know his surname. I was told the insurance will contact me, they did via email. The lady by the name Sharleen emailed me and told me since my medical can not produce a medical bill the store is offering me a voucher of R500. I spend way over R500 at the store since it's my nearest store. I am not happy with the offer and I want to know if I deserve to be compensated R500 for the pain and suffering I went through. Is it fair? Is it fair that they neglected to put the sign or mop the water and I should be compensated with a lousy R500? I wish to take this forward because the store seems not to care about their customers or it is because of my skin colour? Bare in mind this is a store in a suburban area and has mostly white people in the area. All I want is a fair compensation I pay for my medical and since I serve the country does it mean I should be treated this way? Should I wear safety boots going to their store. I am a very unhappy customer and pnp is a big store. Can I please get advice or inputs as to what I should do next

I got the pnp response saying management will contact me and even today I'm still waiting. What is wrong with Pick and pay? I don't feel safe shopping there anymore. You have an incident and no one cares to address it and actually take accountability. What did I do to deserve all this treatment
