Pnp_ Treating Clients with disgust

I've complaint a few weeks ago to PnP headoffice regarding PnP stellenbosch square's wrong prices especially on the Reduced items

I explained that I actually live in Wellington but work in Techno Park Stellenbosch (55km) apart which means I cant always come back for wrong prices. Now this might have not been such a huge deal for me if it were not for the Lady Supervisor (Liezel) who I can see give that "here comes trouble" look whenever I entered the store, and then to hang around a cashier with giggles. I am not stupid so I know they are then talking about me and my colleague aka troublemakers.

With my last complaint I told the store manager (Faaiez) that he must tell the supervisors I am not a joke or troublemaker, if their prices are right than I would not have to come back to get my difference back. AND, only got a single difference not double the difference back from this Supervisor in past.

With my complaint to headoffice, I received a double the difference back according to the policy for the very first time! My colleague will testify to this as she also only get her difference back on her wrong prices. We both are at a point to save an collect every single purchase slip from PNP. The only problem, the supervisors took the past slips but I have my latest ones. This were a few weeks ago. Haven't visit the store since then, until today...

So last week I called pnp to find some easter egg prices, ( ********** 033 check your records) then a male assisted and told me they do not have stock on most items I was quering for as advertised online. His word were that only more expensive brands are listed but nothing I needed. So I decided to have a look again today since there were ALOT of easter eggs in store while I do my other shopping and Guess what!!

All the items I need (To buy a few packets off) are there indeed. So I started taking pictures and counting how many in a bag to work my easter list. I budget everything thats why I called. Thats why looked. Thats why I count. Budget.

So one of the lady supervisors has the audacity to send a security to me (INFRONT OF OTHER CLIENTS) to tell me that I am not allowed to take pictures! While the friendly security guard explained about the policy, LIEZEL chimed in to give her two cents and I stopped her because they already decided a security must look around for me in the shop and stop me. Why try to talk to me like I am a customer who deserve a personal friendly approach now?!

The security then proceeded to inform me that it is the policy because competitors like shoprite etc might take prices and compete with PNP. I told him what I will tell you now. EVERY SINGLE MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR at this pick n pay know me. Why else the trouble maker signs, and how many times did I explained where I work and live and why the incorrect prices are so irritating.

DO every client now need to study PNP's fine print and policies before we enter a shop? AND... Why send security guards to inform a client of this policy. HE was nice yes. But the correct thing would be a staff member to say sorry mam can I help? Unfortunately you cannot take pictures but I can get a price list and assist with counting etc. The shop manager (not Faaiez) told me the security were wrong to approach me since he know I am a client, I went back to the security guy to tell him what the manager said and that the manager tried to blame it on him but I know one of that supervisor ladies were behind this. It were then also confirmed that he were instructed to go look for me and stop me.

Business has reponded yes. Manager called to say the one girl were called in for the poor customer service but once he heard there were actually another supervisor involved as well, he said he will investigate and come back to me. HE did not, needless to say I will not take any calls from Stellenbosch square PNP again, nor visit the store again. Thanks for ruining the memories of my once Favorite supermarket.
