PnP Till Packers are USELESS

Can one give no stars at all as a rating?? I honestly do not know why Pick 'n Pay throws money down the tubes paying grocery packers at the tills - they stand at tills where there is no packing to be done (I have witnessed them even on their cell phones at the empty till - Rosmead PnP) and purposefully ignore the tills that have packing to be done (Cavendish, Rosmead and Claremont PnP). I am perfectly happy to bag my own groceries, but don't then employ people to pack when they don't do it. Such a frustration and waste. And they glare at you when you suggest they help you pack rather than stand doing nothing. The only decent packing staff are at PnP in Kenilworth Centre. Fire the packers, reduce your salary bill and give lower prices rather!

That is just a standard no-action response. The till packers have been useless forever and at most branches - not just Rosmead/Claremont/Cavendish stores. I left a message with someone at the Cavendish branch for manager Yolanda to contact me - nothing. Do you really think the managers care what the customers have to say? Take action across the board - they should all be dismissed/retrenched (not doing what they are employed to do) or moved into other areas where you are needing employees.
