PnP taking their time to address your urgent matters...

I am a TakeAlotMore subscriber and got coupons from them, to use on PicknPay.

I tried to use the coupon, but it gave me an error message and therefore didn't allow me, to place my R2,400 PicknPay order.

I immediately informed PicjnPay of this matter, seeing that my groceries order, is ofcourse urgent.

I have yet to receive any email/call/SMS/postal ***eon/other from PicknPay, addressing my urgent problem.

ONLY contact me via email. I want to keep proof of all communications with PnP, due to previous horrible experiences.
