PNP taking money via QR code, now the money is gone

It is now 5 days The store has all my details Taking R2600 off my account with their WR payment options and still no refund on my money taken The store is useless No feedback if I don’t phone Stating they don’t have they money It is pending on their side No money in my account either, as my bank confirmed they cannot refund without PNP’s authority So where is the money If it shows on my account payment to PNP, where must I find it Is PNP really now in the game of taking our money, but when they have to refund an incorrect payment through their systems they take no responsibility for it

Get this sorted As it paid from my account to you PNP, but no one in your store wants to refund my payment And OH MY please keep the items I wanted to buy I will rather go to any other store than buy what I wanted at your store It is not worth any of this frustration that you take my money and all I wanted was to buy my kids PJ’s, T-shirts, pants
