Pnp strubevale useless

I have been in the strubenvale for the last 3 years and has never in my life seen a PNP as useless as the stubenvale pnp before I have complained about them a number of times with nothing much getting done but let me tell you every week we buy stuff there even on daily bases ok and they never have stock of anything I have never seen that shelfs can be empty every week I have also phoned before to ask who does there purchasing because clearly they incompatant of doing theire JOB again pnp does nothing. It's Tuesday now we all know there trucks only deliver on a Thursday so again no customer service I am really starting to wonder how it's even possible that this pnp is still operating there purchasing department is so unfit to do there jobs but still woks for pnp thats why the shelf are empty every week there manager will probably phone me again apologize for what ever and that where it stays they never improved anything here. Why can they not just make sure there shelf are stacked like all other pnps
