Life in Africa is wonderful when staff make the rules as they go along. Almost like the pathetic Metro Police and the useless SAPS. In love with their own empty brains and just like to hear their own voices and the **** that comes with it.

Can take their third world standards and shove it where the sun does not shine. If it is not one on the phone, it is the other making up new rules as they go along Maybe train the staff is not a bad option, but then why need to also? They are getting salaries so why bother about doing anything for it.
