PNP STORE ***.36 is just peanuts for them

My PNP store card account was handed over to MBD Debt Collectors in 2023. I received a settlement discount from MBD and settled the amount in full on the 27/12/2023. PNP received their payment and handed me over to another Debt Collector for the discount amount I received from MBD. They required POP, Settlement Discount Letter, Settlement Letter from MBD as well as a Clearance Certificate from MBD which in return was all issued to them in order for my credit profile to be cleared. Its 4 months later and they still haven't cleared my profile due to lack of communication. Everytime they called me I was charged for a call yet I have to call them everyday for an account I paid in full but they take no effort into clearing my name. I'm in the process of purchasing a property and i've requesting for assistance with the since March 2024 today I'm told they will need another 21 days to clear my name yet my attorneys are ready to lodge my property This store account has been a problem since day 1 ... Customer service department are rude, arrogant, never helpful and nobody seems to know how to assistant with my problem and puts me around from 1 department to the other
