PnP store account card

I have been a loyal client for many years but this is getting ridiculous. I app**** for and was approved for a store account card. Please read my review regarding RCS. Only lies from their side and cannot do simplest of tasks to get pin request done. Please read all reviews of similar problems and you'll see it is not a new problem. The partnership you have with RCS is bringing your good company's name into disrepute. According to what I can gather from hellopeter reviews ***** on clients cards are rampant as well. This does not bode well. According to RCS they have problem to link your smart shopper cards. Please either assist them sorting this problem asap or break your partnership to prevent any possible damages from this bussiness relationship.
