PNP STOCK ADVERTISED STILL NOT RECEIVED. NOT WILLING TO HONOUR DEAL
Durban North Branch Went to purchase Defy Hob and Oven with Free Extractor on 17/07/2019. Received Rain Cheque for out of stock. Now even after 6 weeks they are unsure when stock will arrive.
Utterly useless service which is getting worse by day.
It seems they actually don't want to give the Free Extractor that is why when I query I keep getting cut off.
Why Advertise something if you'll not willing to honour it. Stop blaming the supplier. Pnp advertsised it, Pnp must supply me with me. I need it immediately even if Pnp has to substitute with a more expensive Extractor as its not my fault

To date you still have not giving us any positive news. 7 Weeks have now passed. above you say, you view incident in serious light, but even after contacting you, 4 days have passed with no feedback???
WE NEED DIRECT ANSWERS.... DON'T BEAT ABOUT THE BUSH
Is Pick & Pay going to honor their rain check or not??
If so then regardless or stock issues you'll need to do it. As mentioned substitute with a better extractor as this is the only item not available.... surely does not take Defy so long to make this item and cannot be such a popular item that it is continuously out of stock.
And if you'll don't honor the rain check then well, you can answer to the consumer council.
I deserve and demand a resolution today. I have been messed about far too long.
