I went to pnp doing my shopping there and the cashier taped my card without my permission and when I asked her why she did that she said it was a mistake this was the 4th time I had my card taped from that store and I'd always let it slide though I hate that system because it is offline money only goes through after some time. That day (the 21st Dec 2018) I decided let me voice this out because what I've learned is when cashier from that store are lazy to put in the card and have u put in your pin they tap and say it was a mistake. I immediately asked for a superior person to undo that mistake that the cashier did and I was told to leave my details and hopefully it'll be fixed by. I went back to the store next day they asked for my card number I gave them that and then I was told I will be called the next day. I wasn't contacted until I took the initiative on monday the 24th I called the store and asked what's going on and they still didn't assist me the supervisor (a lady) actually ended up hanging up on me and wasn't willing to assist me. I then called headoffice I got to explain my story and was told I'll get a call. No one called me. I only received a call on Thursday the 26th and the manager said my money can't be reversed into my account so he gave me options I didn't understand and when I tried explaining myself that I've incured charges and my snart shopper money that I had redeemed when I made my purchase he wasn't willing to listen in fact he told me go and escalete your issue I do not care go to the consumer act where ever you feel needs be. An unkind choice of words from a manager and mind you I'm getting all this from a mistake his cashier made. It's been a week my money pnp took and I didn't get products or service I had expected.

Please fix this. I want my money back into my account via eft and my smart shopper money too. Pnp station square Pretoria and it's staff is trash? and I will never acknowledge it in any acceptable speech.
