PNP St Peter's Square Observatory

Received the worst attitude from the staff at PNP St peters Square Observatory. I went to the express till and saw the closed sign but still stood their because although the sign was up the Cashier Noxolo decided to help a Xhosa speaking customer and i thought that my money is as good as his to pay at her till, she was very rude in the way she say "i'm closed cant you see the sign" and continued her conversation in Xhosa with the Customer. I went to the Next till No 13 and that cashier told me abruptly that this is a staff till and you cant use this till. I then decided to put my goodies down and leave the store. on y way out i went to the information desk to as for the owners email address, the lady took a while to come back so i asked the lady at Self check out section where i could get the email address, she was very reluctant to listen to me but listened anyway and i'm still waiting for an answer. Eventually the lady came with an Email address. I suggest the community rather steer away from this PNP store and rather find a store like spar that will treat us with respect as it is because of customers like us that the staff at this PNP still have jobs. I would really like to start a boycott PNP St Peter's Square campaign and who ever experienced this ind of disrespect from the staff is more that welcome to join.
