PnP Spring Water Sparkling

I am so disappointed with your operation or quality assurance of pick n pay. I love this product PnP Spring Water Sparkling, maybe I buy it almost everyday 2 to 2 bottle but the latest batch you have the lids of the bottles are just not right, then you can separate the lid from the bottom part. We may love the product but take not packaging is also so an important element of the product. If this was check how was is dispensed to the stores, for who to struggle with opening. I even went to different stores but they are all the same. You are serving customers who are paying for the product in totality.
