PnP spoil Valentines day

Good day<br> I am overseas at the moment and I attempted to send a valentines gift on Saturday 13th and sunday14th. Their advert stated that there would be free delivery on those days. I placed my oder on both days and when I went to delivery found there was no delivery page available and that I would have to pay for delivery. I felt this was wrong so I emailed them and to date no reply. I ended up asking the person it was destined for to pick up when shopping and I would arrange payment with her. As far as Im concerned this completely spoiled the weekend.<br> I have taken Jpg photos of the site and they are available if required. They will bear out what I say. Thank you
