Pnp Soup mix brand

Good afternoon Im really not happy with the PnP 4 in 1 soup mix. This is the 2nd time I bought the soup mix and when I add the mix to water to start making soup there was magets floating in the water. Its horrifing and gross!! I went back to pnp and they advised i should contact the customer complaints line. This is not on. I purchased another brand of soup mix. Photos available.
