PnP Smartshopper *****ulent Transactions
I have logged numerous incidents through Pick n Pay Customer Care email and landline with no success. I have had numerous *****ulent transactions on my PnP Smartshopper Card. Im yet to receive any communication on how this happened and whats the resolution. I have now resorted to sending a message on Facebook and hoping for a response. My latest reference ticket number is ***.
My Smartshopper card has been cloned and all my Smartshopper Points over R300 in total have been *****ulently redeemed during various transactions

In my humble opinion this should be given your utmost priority as this is ***** related and provides a risk to other PnP Customers that have Smart Shopper Cards.

Im yet to receive any formal feedback regarding this. It is shocking that a Company like PnP does not take its Customer seriously especially when a complaint has been logged as serious as a ***** incident

I will now resolve to other platforms viz, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram etc
