PNP, SMART SHOPPER & BP ARE ****ERS AND *****STERS

I have entered the PNP Smart Shopper & BP promotion whereby when you fill up at BP you can receive a collectable model car. I received an SMS approx. 3 weeks ago to confirm I was eligible to receive the model car and would get an SMS the next day to redeem. I have never received the SMS?????????

I have called on several occasions the PNP Smart Shopper help line and explained the problem. They have all said they would revert with a solution, but never received a call back?????????

The only correspondence I got was approx. a week ago to say that either they or BP would be in contact with me, but have heard nothing??????????

The competition ends on Sunday and these organizations should not be allowed to get away with this!!!

I am 63 years old and have been a loyal PNP shopper for most of my life, but unfortunately this will now change. This is in my opinion constitutes *****.
