PnP service with deceit , unprofessionalism and no service delivery

I ordered groceries with my last money at Pick n Pay asap on Saturday the 16th around 14h40 and the groceries were to be delivered between 15h30 and 14h00. I called them around 17h00 and I was told that the delivery guy is on his way to me and they gave me the number of the driver. I called the driver and could not get hold of him. The order did not arrive yesterday. I called again this morning around 9am and I was told a different story by a very inconsiderate consultant who at the end told me that she only gave me the information showing on the system, by telling me that the order will be delivered around 11am. In a nutshell, I have been **** to, my kids went to bed last night without food in their tummies and until now, the delivery has not been made to date (13h50 0n Sunday the 17th) and no trace of today's driver as well. The store is not responding, so Im told. My money can only be in my account in 3 to 7days, my last money. I am very irate and disappointed at PnP service. How do I feed my kids from now until then??????
