Pnp senior management need customer service training
Good day Had the worst experience with senior management and Pick and Pay Waterstone in Somerset Wes. They are busy with their reopening. We stood inline bare in mind I had my baby on my arm. The only gripe myself and 5 other customers had was the staff at the door allowing people to come in even if they had left the store and some cases 5 -+ going in passing the line saying there is someone inside. So we addressed the staff saying they should monitor as we all are waiting in a queue. When we finally entered the store I addressed the 3managers *All I said was please speak to the support staff outside to better control the movement of customers as we all waiting inline l. 1. It was told to me while raising his voice - they don't have eyes at the back of their heads. 2. They've been standing for 3 days they are also tired. 3. Why am I performing with my daughter I should move along. 4. To crown it I was hushed in a very condescending way to go in and was said bye bye.
This was she was condescending Tracey Lee manager, the store manager Gerard/Gertjie was there another manager with no tag I assume he was from head office and he was the raising points 1-3 . So with that being said I won't set foot in that store knowing I have family and ex colleagues working at the store we come to the store every month but this is a slap in my face and they treated me with utter disgust as if I'm dirt and of no or little intelligence. Not knowing I have worked for pnp and Mr Raymond A would be appalled by such behaviour, I was with strand store when the opened working from sunrise to after 2in the morning never treated a customer in this way.
