PnP sells you watermelon that is about to rot

Yesterday, i bought my monthly groceries from PnP Langeberg (online) and was shocked by the state of the watermelon i received.

I logged a complain yesterday already and till now, no one from PnP has either called me, emailed me or credited my account.

PnP keeps all the old stock of fruit and vegetables in the back storage and as soon as an online order comes in (because you cant see the quality of the product you are purchasing), they give you that old stock and then just wish that the customer wouldn't make an effort to complain about it, eventhough they were charged for it and have now lost that money!
