PnP schemes to keep items youve paid for...
PnP did my monthly home delivery now and something was missing, that they already charged me for. A 150L cargo box, that costs R270.00 I showed the delivery man and he said that i must take it up with their offices. I said no. And that i will not sign the delivery document, because it states that something is delivered, when infact its not. He then phoned his manager whos named Gift and this man said that they will deliver this box tomorrow morning at 7am at my house! 7am?! Now i need to waste my time, because PnP staff actually schemed to ***** my property that ive paid for. When this man told his manager about me, he giggled and said, yes its she. After said call, i informed the delivery man, that this whole delivery was recorded and his conversation aswell.
I called PnP so many times today and spoke to so many different people that just kept me on hold all the time. The data on my phone was depleted by trying to get hold of a senior person at PnP to try and resolve this issue of theft within Pick n Pay.
One man at PnP, kept me on hold for 17min (stating that his Manager is on his way to his desk, to come and talk to me) when I eventually decided to put the phone down.
Luckily all my calls are recorded and all the deliveries to my home are recorded in my home itself. I always have proof of what PnP does...
