PNP ****

Went to pnp birchleigh Northrop to withdraw sassa grant money. Bought a few items & they said they don’t have money for withdrawals. Waited a bit then went to withdraw again transaction got declined . Later went back again to withdraw got. R0 balance in my card . When I got to the store they told me it’s a machine fault they will investigate & call back . I don’t understand how a till can be faulty but money gets withdrawn.? I need my money back , whether it’s a **** or not my kids must eat & PNP excuses won’t give them food. Pay back the money !!
