PnP Sam Ntuli

PNP Sam Ntuli is the worst. I bought a Aim 58" TV on the 4 December 2020. The TV stopped working three weeks ago when we sent it back to the store the approach of the staff there was very dismissing and not wanting to help and take the TV back coming up with all sorts of reasons why they cannot fix the TV or replace it. It's been three weeks now and the lady there by the name Busi keeps on insisting that they will not book my TV in without proof of purchase even though I have brought a receipt that was given to me by them. The receipt is worn out all they have to do is do a reprint but the mentioned lady is not interested in helping out in this regard. I have to drive there after me and her agreed that we gonna try and read out the receipt but again that lady by the name Busi there was not interested in reading the receipt I brought and told me straight to take my broken TV and leave. Mind you my TV still has a 1 year warranty. I suggested to the mentioned lady Busi that can we check with the serial number on the receipt she said NO she won't do that. I said with the barcode number printed on the bottom of the receipt she said NO. With the date and time that can be read on the receipt she said NO. Don't ever buy electronics or powered appliances at PnP Sam Ntuli you will never get help when they break or when you have to return them back.Strange thing is there is I still have the receipt that I got there with a stamp when I purchased the TV yet
