Pnp *****s smart shopper points
Someone shopped with my Smart shopper at Pnp Family store in Sasolburg. They used all my smart shopper points. They also changed my name to Themba Gumede on my profile. Receipt number ***. I contacted customer care and haven't received feedback.

I gave you the requested information but no one has contacted me yet.Can you also advise who deleted all my digital slips on my app?
Will Pick n pay please look into this because clearly someone is trying to erase the evidence.Well, I took screenshots of the *****ulent purchase made with my smart shopper points, before all the digital slip was erased.
I also want to know what further steps will be taken against the Pnp employee that assisted with this purchase.
