PnP Rosebank no packers and poor service
The worst PnP in Johannesburg. They never have packers at the tills, and when you dare ask for packers they look at you as if you asked for aliens to come and assist with the packing. The cashiers are unfriendly and on a slow strike. Thus there are always long queues. Best avoid this PnP altogether.

27 Feb 2020, 19:16Pick n Pay Rosebank phoned me after my complaint and promised to do something about this.
As it is my nearest Pick n Pay, I have been there a couple of times in the meantime, and nothing has changed. Once when I asked for packers, I was told they are understaffed.
I was there on Friday 21 February after 11 am, it was very busy with long queues and only 3 tills open. I went to the office to ask them to open more tills and send packers. The office was crammed with about 12 workers. My request did not go down well. One cashier and packer came out. Clearly the problem is with management.
I'll rather buy from Woolworths or drive to Pnp Northcliff corner than return.
