PnP Robertson Customer Treatment

Did a transaction and it was processed on my account but can't get my goods and my money is gone. I have to wait for 24 hours because the manager never communicated with the staff not to sell gift cards in bulk and apparently the manager thinks I'm doing money laundering. She said in front of me that they need to check my card and see if I did buy the cards at PnP before. Poor treatment
