PnP rob the poor pensioners to pay the rich

There is always a problem at Pick n Pay. Went in yesterday with my pink PnP pensioner card as they had not had voucher books for over 3 months, the day at customer service tore it up and said sorry you have to have a new card and you cannot get your books for the 4 months outstanding. This is a total disgrace, I rely on those books to keep me going. The pensioners get a raw deal at Pick n Pay who offer litte to no assistance compared to other retailers.<br> Since Raymond Ackerman and Sean Summers have left PnP has just gone down hill and prices are up so that they make massive margins, time the competitions board investigates this.
