PnP Ridge Terrace - Disgusting service - Weltervreden Park

I have for as long as I can remember my family and I have always shoped at Pick And Pays... 30 years at least. We must have spend 100s of thousands if not more over the years.

I moved to Weltervreden Park about a year and a half ago amd was delighted when I realised there was a convenient PnP about 500mtrs from my house...

HOWEVER the last 18 months have been filled with absolutely abysmal experiences at this PnP.

It's so bad that I would actually drive 3kms out the way to Spar to avoid this shop.

To put it in a nutshell these are the issues I've experienced at this PnP (NO OTHER JUST THIS ONE).

A. No one available to help yoi find what you are looking for EVER - Under staffed or slacking I don't know B. Seldom anyone at the food counter C. Poor quality food and minimal selection at the food counter D. There are so many items you would expect a PnP to stock which are not stocked - I realize it's a small shop but still E. Normal items often sold out....Example have tried buying 5lt water here and twice no stock...Instead of apologizing and saying they'll order immediately they just shrug thier shoulders and that's it...Like oh well your problem F. Seldom more than 1 teller at the check out - Excluding cigarette counter - Shocking selection of items stocked at cigarette counter G. Staff are unfriendly, last and un-motivated

This shop stinks of apathy and you can tell the managers and general staff don't care and have no desire to improve and you can tell the owner doesn't care in the slightest.
