PnP Republic on Ferndale, poor service

I placed an order at PnP located at Republic on Ferndale at 08:15 in the morning and was told I'll get my order at 09:30. I didn't have a problem with that. I got a wrong order at 09:20. I returned the order with the driver and after an hour without any communication from the store, I called in and they told me they are waiting for my correct order to be returned as it was sent to a wrong person. Driver arrived at the store from that wrong client and they packed my order and delivered to me. They then delivered a incomplete order. I took the order and called the store and they said they'll get back to me. Even now, no call, delivery of outstanding items or refund made. That time it's now 14:00
