Pnp refuses to payout cash from wallet

I have been waiting on PNP Asap to refund me my money for over 2 weeks, they seem to not care about rectifying issues. The last week I have sent 2 or 3 emails and still no response. At this point it will be 3 weeks before I see my own money again. And that is IF they even bother to respond. Im absolutely furious and wont ever purchase anything of value at pnp asap again since customer service is clearly their last priority
